Services offered through the CO-OP Shared Branching Network
Any member of a participating credit union can enjoy the convenience of the services that a Shared Branch offers. The concept is simple – members can access their accounts and take advantage of all traditional branch services, needing only a valid account number and proper identification.
When visiting a Shared Branch, members will receive the same friendly, high-quality service they are used to receiving at their credit union. A knowledgeable member service representative will assist the member and answer any questions he/she may have about his/her accounts.
Services generally include:
Members of participating credit unions can do business in any of the Shared Branches in New York State or at any one of over 5,000 nationwide locations covering 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and four foreign countries.
If your credit union does not participate in the network and you would like to, let us know.
