![]() Seasonal Snowbird Campaign - Talking Points
What should I tell my members about CU Service Centers? If your members are preparing to go on vacation, head for their second home, or just get away for any reason, use these bullet points to introduce them to CU Service Centers. Our credit union participates in a national network and that means you can do your credit union business at any credit union branch where you see the swirl logo. The participating credit union branches are called CU Service Centers. The network identifying logo is displayed as shown: (show CU Service Center Logo with swirl) With your account number and a valid photo ID, MSRs at these participating CU Service Centers will help you with all kinds of transactions:
You can do this at CU Service Centers in 39 states, including popular destinations like Florida, California, Hawaii and the Carolinas. There is no fee for using the service. Let me give you a list of the participating locations. (Or find it on the web at www.universalsharing.com or list your own credit union web site with a link to the national locator) |
