Contact: Public Relations Coordinator UsNet 2010-2011 Board Announced (Albany, NY) – Universal Sharing Network (UsNet) is pleased to announce the composition of its board of directors for 2010-2011. The results were announced during the organization's annual meeting held recently in Cooperstown, N.Y. Reelected to new three-year terms were Board Chair Mark Pfisterer, president/CEO of AmeriCU Credit Union; Al Frosolone, manager/CEO of Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union; and Nancy Kasprzak-Whitmore, president/CEO of Niagara County's Federal Credit Union. Returning as vice chair, treasurer and secretary are Vicki O'Neill, president of ACMG Federal Credit Union; Edward Paternostro, CEO of Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union; and Mark Welshoff, president/CEO of Palisades Federal Credit Union, respectively. Kevin Brauer, president/Northeast Region of Members United Corporate Federal Credit Union; William J. Mellin, president/CEO of the Credit Union Association of New York; and Bruno Sementilli, president/CEO of Quorum Federal Credit Union, were re-elected to one-year terms. Newly elected to the board were Don Denofio, president/CEO of Saratoga's Community Federal Credit Union; and John Tucker, president/CFO of FASNY Federal Credit Union. Filling out the 14-member board are returning directors: James Doig, president/CEO, Sidney Federal Credit Union; Robert G. Allen, president/CEO of Teachers Federal Credit Union; and Christine Peters, CEO of Family First of NY Federal Credit Union.
