(Albany, NY) –Universal Sharing Network (UsNet) recently elected its board’s new slate of officers at a meeting in Albany, NY.

Heading up UsNet’s board of directors is Chair Mark Pfisterer, president/CEO, AmeriCU Credit Union; Vice Chair Vicki O’Neill, president/ACMG FCU; Treasurer Edward Paternostro, CEO, Nassau Educators FCU (re-elected at the meeting to a new 3-year term); and Secretary Mark Welshoff, president/CEO, Palisades FCU.

“We’re excited to have this new slate of individuals setting the course for UsNet,” said Marc Inger, COO, UsNet. “With them at the helm, UsNet will continue its tradition of strong leadership and governance at the board level.”
